Fern Nicholson

Fern was a respected actor and mentor. She sadly passed away on the 4th of October, 2020.

Graduating from The Royal Academy in the UK Fern is the Director of Nicholson’s Academy of Screen Acting (NASA) in Perth with past students including, breakout actors Katherine Langford, (13 Reasons Why), Cody Fern (House of Cards) and Phoenix Raei (Stateless, The Heights).

After finally being convinced to return to the industry after many years teaching Fern booked back to back on acclaimed series The Heights, Itch and Dirt music.

Fern was scheduled to fly to NZ to take up a major role on a US series when she sadly passed.

Acting and Family were Fern’s joys. She will be deeply missed.
