Michael trained at The William Esper Studio in New York under the tutelage of Terry Knickerbocker. After graduating drama school Michael returned to his home in Melbourne where he has appeared in various theatre and film productions including Nina Buxton’s acclaimed WOOF!, Twelfth Night (Citizen Theatre Company) and most recently on Kitty Flanagan’s new show; FISK. Michael is currently in production on his debut feature; SLANT, which he both wrote and is producing. SLANT stars AFI award winners Sigrid Thornton, Pia Miranda and Elle Mandalis as well as a slew of other great Aussie talent including Creative Soul’s own Kate Lister and Shannon Berry. Michael’s production company Bim Bim Films is focussed on collaborating with others on projects that will have a positive social impact.
